Terms of Service
Effective date: June 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Email Posture website and monitoring service (the "Service"), operated by Email Posture ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
Email Posture checks publicly published DNS records related to email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNSSEC, MTA-STS), reports on what it finds, and — for paid subscriptions — re-checks monitored domains periodically and sends email alerts when results change. Reports are informational: they reflect public DNS at the moment of the check and are not a guarantee that email impersonating a domain can or cannot be delivered.
2. Monitoring subscriptions
- Monitoring requires confirming your email address and proving control of the monitored domain via a DNS TXT challenge. You may only monitor domains you own or are authorized to manage.
- Subscriptions are billed $12/month per monitored domain through Stripe, recurring monthly until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal or by unsubscribing; cancellation takes effect immediately for alerts and at the end of the current billing period for charges already made. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to target, surveil, or plan attacks against domains you don't control;
- scrape, bulk-query, resell, or programmatically harvest results without our written consent;
- circumvent rate limits, verification requirements, or other technical controls;
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these rules, with a pro-rated refund of any unused period at our discretion.
4. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that checks are error-free, that alerts will always be delivered or timely, or that following our recommendations will prevent email impersonation or any other harm.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data.
6. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
